Pregnant and Soon to be married!

I'm pregnant!!! I just found out that I'm pregnant. I'll be getting married in a month and in the midst of wedding planning I found out about this beautiful life growing inside me :)

Wedding planning can be a major job. You get hectically stressed trying to figure out what should be done, what deadline should be reached and which tasks should be allocated to who. While planning can be tons of fun, it can also be completely stressful. Stress often results in a missing period but what if it isn't actually the stress that's caused your period to vanish???
For I know the plans I have for you, Declares the Lord...

I'm really excited about this baby. He or she will be my first, our first. Somehow since I found out about my baby, I've lost most interest in wedding planning and focus majority of my attention on being pregnant and having a successful pregnancy instead.

My fiancé and I are ecstatic and can't wait to meet our little guy or girl. He or she will be arriving in March 2013.

The world of marriage in itself is extremely new, foreign and takes time to get used to. Add to this the new, foreign and even more unknown world of motherhood and I know that the next year is going to be something big for me. Non the less, I trust and believe this is all part of Gods Great Big Plan for me...

Besides the obvious cut of the guest list and conversion from a huge wedding to a small and intimate one with only 40 to 80 guests, there are a few more money saving tips to make use of when planning your wedding.

My Story:

The Ultimate 'New Wives' Support Group

Engagements and weddings are the start of one of the most exciting periods of your life - FOREVER. You are ultimately making the commitment to spend the rest of your life with that one particular person. Being engaged is a new step in the right direction and getting married is the finalisation of it all. There can be nothing more exciting then starting the rest of your life together: the planning, the excitement, the happiness - it's all just amazing!

There can also be a lot of confusion, concern, anxiety and stress when it comes to the wedding planning, facing and overcoming new and foreign problems within your new marriage and understanding your new or more advanced relationship. Engagements pose decisions on how to propose, what ring to choose, how long to stay engaged, etc. Wedding planning is flooded with what to do first, where to get married what type of wedding to have, how to have a low budget wedding, family feuds, etc. Marriage itself is flooded with new feelings and emotions, new problems, life with a new person, etc.
There are pros and cons and ups and downs in every single aspect of life and engagements, weddings and marriage itself is not at all immune to these. And that’s the purpose of this blog. This blog aims to help you in every situation you may find yourself facing engagement, wedding planning or marriage wise. It aims to highlight and discuss the good, bad and everything in-between. It is also your platform to talk about, brag about or discuss your partner as much as you'd like!
